These terms cover use of mrafx.ca and inquiries sent to Megabytes Ltd. A job is governed by the written quote we accept, not by this page alone.

Prices, delivery dates, and revision rounds are confirmed in writing. A quote is not an order until both sides accept it. We may refuse a brief that asks us to invent clients, results, or claims we cannot stand behind.

Studio stills on this site belong to Megabytes Ltd. They are demonstration frames. Commissioned files are licensed as the quote states. You are responsible for marks, faces, and product claims you send us to use.

Retail lots are sold as described in the quote. Availability can change before we accept the order. This website does not take payment or hold inventory.
