Do you publish a client list?
No. Frames on this site are studio-made and labeled as such. We will not invent a case study to look busier.
Is there a shop or a price list?
No public cart, no SKU search, no consumer checkout. Media and lots both move by written quote.
What does the company actually sell?
Digital media, social properties, and retail lots. The hub is services.
How fast do you reply?
On Winnipeg business days, usually within one working day. Incomplete briefs get questions, not a number.
Who invoices?
Megabytes Ltd., Manitoba corporation 10071660, business number 713259075MC0001. MRAFX is the trade name.
Can I visit the office?
By arrangement only. The registered office is on the office page. It is not a showroom.
Do you take payment on the website?
No. Do not send card numbers in the first mail. Payment terms sit on the accepted quote.
Will you operate our social accounts?
Yes, if the quote says so and you grant access. The default job is file supply. See social properties.
Can I buy a single retail item?
We sell lots, not a consumer cart. If a small quantity is possible, the quote will say so. Write the category anyway.
