- What you must send us before we start
- Delivery: file drop, or ship terms for a lot
- Revision rounds, if the job is media
What a quote is not
- Not an order until both sides accept it
- Not a hold on retail goods
- Not a license to publish studio stills as your campaign
- Not a request for card details in the first mail
